Why should I use these collaterals?

These are financial education brochures, they are unbiased and not directly selling any product or service. They are presented in the spirit of “an educated consumer is our best customer,” that is, the more the readers understand the better you will be able to serve them. Explanations are presented in clear, simple language that is largely free of jargon. The brochures bring your customer “up to speed” to make your sales conversations more efficient, focused on key selling propositions.

The QuarterNotes newsletter would provide four easy touchpoints that will remind your clients that you are available should they have any questions or concerns, and can even lead to cross sell opportunities.

Do I need to worry about Compliance?

We worry about compliance so you don't have to.

 

The brochures have already been submitted through compliance review, and your order will be approved through Regions review again after submission to ensure the personalization information is compliant.

 

If any questions come up from the compliance team, we'll be sure to reach out to you.

Am I going to be billed for these brochures?

The brochures and QuarterNotes newsletter will be billed via electronic invoice. Reps using the Cetera Investment Services LLC broker dealer also have the option to be billed through their AEID via commission chargeback.

Do these have to be personalized? I operate in multiple branches and don't want to prioritize just one.

Yes. Compliance requires that a FINRA registered address and phone number be placed on the brochures. We have created a standard template that is pre-approved and needs to be followed to ensure the materials remain compliant.

How long will it take for me to get my order? I have an event soon.

That's great news! Event marketing is trending upward and a great way to reward clients and acquire new ones. We try our hardest to get the brochures out in a timely manner for all orders, but if you have time pressure, let us know. We can sometimes expedite production or compliance review, and we can expedite shipping too if need be.

 

Please give us the heads-up as soon as you realize there's a time crunch, or let us know of a deadline even if it seems far away so that we can make sure to work within it.
